There are several reasons why you might not be able to run a particular report either daily, weekly, or monthly.
- If you're trying to run a Local Search Grid or Citation Tracker report daily you won't be able to because BrightLocal only supports running those reports weekly or monthly.
- It could be that the Location you are trying to run the report for is not set to Active. Scheduling of reports is only available for Locations set to Active. Find out how to set a Location to 'Active' here.
- It could be that the tool you are using doesn't support that schedule. For example, you cannot run Local Rank Tracker reports daily unless you buy the Daily Rank Tracking add-on. Find out how to buy addons here.
