Yes, you can respond to reviews on your 'Monitor Reviews' report, but only with Google and Facebook.
Google and Facebook
By connecting your Google My Business (GMB) and Facebook accounts to Reputation Manager, you can then respond to your reviews on these sites from within Reputation Manager.
Please note: We can only submit responses of up to 350 characters from the in-app respond field, as this is the maximum length permitted by Google and Facebook APIs. If you need to write a lengthier response, you'll need to visit the review site.
Simply follow these steps to respond to reviews:
1. Connect accounts
Choose 'Connect to GMB' or 'Connect to Facebook' by clicking on the appropriate button (shown below within the red box).
2. Respond to reviews
All other review sites
You cannot respond to reviews on other sites through Reputation Manager. We provide a link through to your listing on each site where you can log in and reply.
As other sites make their APIs available for review-responding, we will add these sites into Reputation Manager.
