Yes, you can respond to reviews on your 'Monitor Reviews' report - but only with Google and Facebook.

If you connect your GMB and Facebook accounts to Reputation Manager then you can respond to your reviews on these sites from within Reputation Manager.
It's worth bearing in mind that we can only submit responses of up to 350 characters from the in-app respond field as this is the maximum length permitted by Google and Facebook APIs. If you need to write a lengthier response, you'll need click out to visit the review site.

All other review sites
You can't respond to reviews on other sites through Reputation Manager. We provide a link through to your listing on each site where you can log in and reply.
As other sites make their APIs available for review-responding we will add these sites into Reputation Manager.
