Can I track multiple locations in one Reputation Manager report?

Each Reputation Manger report is specific to one location. We use your address/location details to locate your listings on the review sites we track.

Each Reputation Manager credit is only useable for one location.

So for multi-location businesses you will need to create one Reputation Manager report per location.
