Yes, you can have a ranking report emailed to you.
When you schedule a weekly or monthly ranking report you can specify five email addresses to have the report emailed to.
The email you receive will contain links to view the report online or to download a CSV or PDF format.
You don’t need to be logged in to your BrightLocal account to download the reports but you do need to be logged in to view the online reports, as that links out to your account.
You can add the email addresses within the ‘Edit Report’ settings, which can be found by clicking the ‘Actions’ cog in the top right-hand corner of the report, and select ‘Edit Report’ from the drop down.
