In the Get Reviews tool, when someone clicks through to a review site from your request, this action is recorded in the "Visited Review Site" column. However, once the respondent leaves the Get Reviews form and navigates to an external site, we can no longer track their actions. This means we can only confirm that they visited the review site, not whether they actually posted a review.
If you're unable to find a review from this respondent on the review site, it's possible that they did not complete the review process. Additionally, please keep in mind that some review sites moderate reviews before they are published, which can result in a delay of a few days before the review becomes visible.
If this happens, a helpful approach is to reach out to the respondent directly. You can thank them for their feedback and kindly ask if they would be willing to post a public review.
