How can I delete my BrightLocal account?

We’re sorry to hear you want to delete your account, and we’d love the chance to understand your reasons and help resolve any issues. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you and get you back on track.

Please be aware that deleting your account will also remove any ongoing Citation Builder campaigns. To avoid losing progress, ensure these campaigns are completed before requesting account deletion.

If you still wish to proceed with deleting your account, please click this link and follow the instructions. This form will require you to:

1. Be logged in to your account.
2. Be an Account Owner (not a Standard User).
3. Not have an active subscription plan (if you have, you will need to cancel this first)
4. Enter your account password.
