How can I set up a white-label report?

Mathew Coghlan -

  1. Log into your BrightLocal account and select "White Label Profiles” from the drop down arrow.
  2. Create a white-label profile by clicking on the ‘Add White-Label Profile’ button.
  3. You can customize your white-label report in the following ways:
    1. Upload your company logo
    2. Add your custom header & footer which will be displayed on all white-label external reports & PDFs. (Exception: ‘Local Search Audit’ report, which has it’s own custom header field.)
    3. Choose a theme colour scheme that matches your brand colors.
    4. Add your personal email signature to report email alerts that we send out.
    5. You can choose whether you want to use your own company logo in emails or not.
    6. If you do not want your clients to know that emails are coming from BrightLocal, then you can customize them with your own domain address. You will have to set up a free account with PostMarkApp first and provide us with an API key.
    7. Since the ‘Local Search Audit’ report is wisely used as a sales tool, we allow you to completely change the report header. You can also select which parts of a report you would like to display on an external URL and PDF.
  4. If you would like a report to use this white-label you will have to select it in ‘Edit Report’ settings.
  5. If you would like an external Location Dashboard to use this white-label you will have to select it on a ‘Settings’ tab in a Location Dashboard.
