Why are some of my reports not displayed on an external dashboard, even when selected?

We can only display successfully finished reports on an external dashboard. So if you cannot see a report that you want, please check the following.

  • We can only display successfully completed reports. So if you see a red ‘!’ icon next to a disabled report it means that report has failed. You can go to a tool specific tab and re-run a report from there by clicking on the green ‘Re-run’ button at the top.
  • If you have more than one report assigned to the same location, make sure that the report you want to see on an external dashboard is set to ‘primary’. You can do this bt ticking ‘Make Primary’ on each report tab.
