A lead must provide their name and email address (as a minimum) to enable them to see their report.
When an Agency Lead Generator Widget is set up, you have the option to request that a lead needs to complete more details before being given access to the report.
A lead can be asked to enter the following additional details:
- Company name
- Type of business
- Phone number
- Message
What happens if the lead does not leave their contact details?
If a customer runs a report, but does not fill in their contact details, the lead will show up as 'Unknown' in your leads table.
Please note: If a report has been run, a credit will still have been used, as we charge per report — not by the number of leads generated.
