How do I turn on Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk Mode is included in your subscription and available with every Get Reviews campaign you set up.

You need to enable it as part of a Get Reviews campaign.

Existing Campaigns

If you have an existing campaign already set up, please go to the 'Get Reviews' tab in the Reputation Manager report and click on ‘Get more reviews’ button.

This will bring you to the 'Get Started' page, where you will see a 'Get Kiosk URL' button.

Click the button to generate the Kiosk Mode URL. You can then share this with your customers to collect feedback.

If you want to edit the text on the Kiosk Mode steps you will need to edit the Get Reviews campaign template.

New Campaigns

If you don’t have a campaign set up, or are setting up a new campaign for a different location, please go to the 'Get Reviews' tab in the Reputation Manager report.

Choose the template you want to use (remember you can duplicate this template and make changes) or create a new one.

Get Reviews - Get Started

You will see a screen in the 'Get Reviews' template wizard titled 'Kiosk Mode'.

Here you can edit the text and detail of the email, and feedback pages that customers see when they provide feedback through the Kiosk Mode.

Once you have set up your template and selected the review sites to direct customers to, you will see a see a 'Get Kiosk URL' button.

Click the button to generate the Kiosk URL that you can then share with your customers to collect feedback.
