Kiosk Mode is included within your subscription and is available only when setting up a 'Ask for internal feedback + public review' campaign.
If you have an existing campaign already set up, please go to the 'Get Reviews' tab in the Reputation Manager report and click on the green ‘Start a Review Generation Campaign' button (shown below in the red box).
This will bring you to the 'Get Started' page, where you will see a green 'Get Request URLs' button. Click this to reveal Kiosk and Link Mode URLs.
If you don’t have a campaign set up, or are setting up a new campaign for a different location, go to the 'Get Reviews' tab in the Reputation Manager report.
Choose the template you want to use from the dropdown menu (remember you can duplicate this template and make changes), or simply create a new one.
As you scroll through, you will see a screen in the 'Get Reviews' template wizard titled 'Kiosk & Link Mode'.
Here you can edit the email's text and detail, as well as the feedback pages that customers see when they provide comments through Kiosk Mode.
Once you have set up your template and selected the review sites to direct customers to, you will see that the green 'Get Request URLs' button is now enabled (see below in the red box).
Click the button to trigger a popup with the Kiosk URL that you can then share with your customers to collect feedback.
