If you have scheduled reports ready to run but your credit allowance is running too low then your report will not run. We’ve set up alerts where needed to prevent this from happening. When you edit or create a report we will alert you on your credit usage or if you are running low.
We recommend that you keep on top of your allowance and ensure you have the credits needed by purchasing additional credits for backup. Find out more about credits here.
