The type of subscription plan that you have determines how often you can run each type of report each month.
Here's the number of reports included in the Single Business, Multi Business, and SEO Pro plans per month and their times of renewal:

What if I need a greater allowance of reports each month?

How does Get Reviews work?
Get Reviews works differently from the other tools, as it is used for managing ongoing review generation campaigns, instead of running reports.
Each plan has an allowance for the number of Locations that can run Get Reviews campaigns:
- Single Business = 1 location
- Multi Business = 3 locations
- SEO Pro = 5 locations
Once Get Reviews has been set up for a Location, there is no limit to how many review requests can be made with Email Mode, Link Mode, and Kiosk Mode.

If you would like to run Get Reviews campaigns for extra locations, you can purchase “Reputation Manager credits” as a recurring addon. They cost $8 per location per month and you can add or remove these from your subscription at any time.

How does Citation Builder work?
Citation Builder differs from the subscription-based toolset as Citation Builder is a separate, standalone service that works on a pay-as-you-go basis and does not require a subscription.
