Can we request account access (logins and passwords) for Data Aggregators?

Because we submit to Data Aggregators by API, we do not create accounts for customers, meaning that there are no login details to use.

If you see login details in your campaign report, these are for the listings that we manually created (rather than listings created via Data Aggregators).

Data Aggregator listings can be managed through BrightLocal free for 12 months after submission.

If you want to update the data in listings created via Data Aggregator submission, simply contact the BrightLocal support team and they will take care of it for you.
