There is always an 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of these emails. Please click on that link and you will no longer receive marketing-related emails.
Report, Citation Campaigns & System Emails
If you wish to stop receiving report, citation campaign and system issues/update emails you have two options:
- Remove your email address from the report / citation campaign via the edit page for that report/campaign
- If you want to stop receiving ALL emails then please contact our Customer Success Team and they will action this for you.
Please note - For transaction emails such as payment receipts, payment confirmations, failed payment messages etc, we cannot unsubscribe you from these as we are obliged to send them and they are necessary for your account to run smoothly.
