However, if you wish to unsubscribe from emails then please follow these steps:
Click on the 'unsubscribe' link that you will find in the footer of all emails and you will no longer receive marketing-related emails.
Report, Citation Campaigns and System Emails
To stop receiving report, citation campaign and system issues/update emails, you have two options:
- Remove your email address from the report / citation campaign via the edit page for that report / campaign.
- If you want to stop receiving ALL emails, please contact our Customer Success Team and they will action this for you.
Please note: We cannot unsubscribe you from important transaction emails such as payment receipts, payment confirmations, failed payment messages etc. as we are obliged to send them — they are necessary for your account to run smoothly.
