How do I raise an issue / make a complaint?

If you have a major issue or a complaint that you wish to raise, please go to our Contact Us form and fill in your details and select Complaint/Issue.

This will be escalated to the Head of Customer Success. We will confirm receipt of your complaint via an acknowledgement email.

If we have further questions or need additional information we will be in touch directly.

We aim to complete all investigations and reply to you with a resolution within 7 days.
