We will confirm receipt of your complaint via an acknowledgement email, and your feedback will be escalated to the Head of Customer Success.
If we have further questions, or need additional information, we will be in touch with you directly.
It is our aim to complete all investigations and reply to you with a suitable resolution within seven days of receiving your complaint.
