Where can I view Link Mode customer feedback?

Feedback from all methods such as ‘Email Campaigns’, ‘Link & Kiosk Mode Campaigns’, NPS, and ‘review links clicked’ can be viewed within the Get Reviews section of Reputation Manager in your BrightLocal account.


Click the ‘View’ button next to the campaign to see individual feedback from customers, their NPS ratings, and which review site links they clicked through.
