Do customers get a reminder if they have not yet left a review using Link Mode?

Yes, when editing your Get Reviews template, in the ‘Positive feedback step’ and ‘Negative feedback step’, you can choose to send a reminder email 72 hours later to any customers who left feedback, but did not click through to leave a review.

These reminder emails are only sent to customers who have opted in to marketing communications when leaving feedback.
