Why are my Reputation Manager reports showing more historical data?

Starting from the 15th July 2019 we are making improvements to the review data in your Reputation Manager reports. This may affect reports running until mid-August 2019, but any impact on reports will be minimal.

Changes will include:

  • Cleaning up reports to remove duplicate reviews
  • Adding more historical review data so you can better understand review growth over time
  • Introducing more realistic segmentation on star ratings
  • These improvements will be implemented the next time your Reputation Manager reports are run, so you may notice they take a little longer to run on this occasion.

Additionally, review statuses will be temporarily set to default after the report has run. These will return to normal within 24 hours.

We’re confident that the impact on reports will be minimal, and we hope you’ll agree that these improvements are worth any inconvenience.
