Why are my clients are not able to reply to Facebook and/or Google reviews?

There could be various reasons that your clients are not able to reply to Facebook and/or Google reviews.

  1. Facebook and/or Google profiles are not connected to the report

  2. Client Access to Reputation Manager is not enabled

  3. Access tokens have expired, which means Facebook and/or Google profiles need to be reconnected
