Can my clients connect their Facebook and Google profiles to their Reputation Manager reports themselves?

To be able to respond to Facebook and Google reviews, the profiles need to be connected to the Reputation Manager reports.

This is only possible from within the BrightLocal platform. Once the profiles are connected, reviews can be replied to from within the platform by users associated to your BrightLocal account and through the white-labelled dashboard by your clients.
