Some citations sites allow us to edit listings without actually claiming them. We either submit a request to the site’s support team or simply suggest the edits via the feedback form. Once our edits go live - we update the campaign report with this information.
Almost all claim options require some sort of verification, that only a business owner can do, therefore, we only make sure that listing information matches the data that was submitted for the campaign and then leave the verification to be completed by the client if they wish to do so. This is completely optional and does not have to be done.
