1. To purchase Active Sync, log in to your BrightLocal account and go to the 'Locations Overview' dashboard.
2. Find the Location that you want to purchase Active Sync for and click the 'View' button.
3. Click on 'Location Manager' followed by 'Core Information' in the dropdown.
5. Active Sync is included as standard in the Manage and Grow subscription plans. If you are on one of those plans, you will see the 'Get Active Sync' button. Click that next.

6. In the pop-up that appears, click 'Buy Active Sync'. Then confirm your purchase by clicking 'Buy Now'. You'll be asked to pay using the same payment method previously used on your BrightLocal account, which could be Paypal or a credit/debit card.
Once your payment has gone through, navigate back to the Location Manager page and you'll see that the Location is now set up with Active Sync.
The 'Location Change Alerts' section at the top tells you the number of alerts there are for the Location and the 'Active Sync Control Panel' below tells you which platforms are synced and which platforms are not connected. When alerts come in you can expand the section to reveal any and all alerts.
