Why are some of the lead's contact details unknown?

You may see that some contact details display as 'unknown' in the leads that have been pulled in. This can happen for any of these reasons:

• The lead hasn't completed the contact form yet. When they do, you'll see their details.
• The lead has left the process without entering their contact details.
• The fields for those details were not enabled at the time the lead was generated, and so the Agency Lead Generator Widget didn't ask them to provide that information.

Why is a credit being taken for unknown leads?

There is a cost associated with generating each report, therefore the Agency Lead Generator is set up to charge every time that a report is run.

The field for contact details is not placed first, as this may act as a hurdle for potential customers / leads. Once a potential customer has initially entered their report details, they are more likely to provide their contact details in order to receive the report.
