How to edit posts
You can edit live, scheduled, and expired posts. All edits will be published in your Google Business Profile. Here are a few caveats:
- You cannot edit the scheduled time of a post that is already live.
- If you edit the start and end date of either an offer or event post to the future, the post will be moved to Live status.
- Rejected Posts are not posted on Google. Therefore there is no ability to edit or delete them.
1. To edit a post, login to your BrightLocal account and click on ‘GBP Post Scheduler’ in the side menu.
2. Find the post that you want to edit, click the green arrow, and select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down. Make the necessary edits and click ‘Save’.
3. You cannot edit posts in bulk. To see Locations that have the same post click the green arrow next to the Location followed by ‘View Locations with same post’ in the drop-down menu.
4. A list of all of the Locations with the same post will appear.
