Will I be charged for Ad-hoc Locations?

You will only be charged for an Ad-hoc Location if you run a manual report for it and you will be charged in the form of an Ad-hoc Report Run. 

Ad-hoc report runs are a type of BrightLocal currency. You need Ad-hoc Report Runs to manually run reports; 1 Ad-hoc Report Run per "report run".
