Improved Payment Tracking

Previously, payments could appear in your account before they were actually made, and it wasn’t always clear when an invoice had been sent or fully paid. This sometimes caused confusion and extra work behind the scenes.

We’ve now added new data fields to make things clearer. You’ll be able to easily see when an invoice has been received and when it’s been paid, helping to prevent duplicate payments and making your records more accurate.

Improvement Trial Tasks Page

We’ve made some updates to the Trial Tasks page to make it easier for you to add your first location and get value from BrightLocal right away:

• The prompt to start adding a location is now clearer and easier to follow.

• The first task on the page stands out more, so you know exactly where to begin.

• After adding a location, you’ll be guided straight to setting up your Local Search Grid.

• We’ve also simplified the trial incentives to keep things straightforward.

These changes are designed to give you a smoother start and help you get results faster.

Listings Management

Active Sync

You’ll now be able to see who made updates in your Google alerts, right from your Alert Inbox, in Active Sync. You can also view this information in the Location Manager for even easier tracking.
