Streamlined Add Location Wizard
We've simplified the process of adding a new location to the platform to get you to your desired reports faster!
What's New?
The Add Location Wizard has been dramatically simplified. It now features only 2 steps, down from 5.
Why the Change?
This update is designed to speed up the customer experience. By reducing the number of steps, you can quickly add a location and move on to the key activities you need to perform, such as creating reports and generating valuable insights.
Citation Builder Purchase Flow Layout Changes
We've reorganized Step 2 of the Citation Builder purchase flow to make it clearer and easier to navigate.
What's New and Improved?
Clearer Sections: Existing and new elements on the page have been grouped into more logical sections:
- Sync and Publish: We've given Active Sync a new, prominent promotion block to highlight its value. Promotion of aggregators remains here.
- Manual Listing Submissions: This is where you now select the number of citations and choose the duplicate removal option. Placing these directly above the site list helps clarify the context of your selections.
- Choose your sites: Select the sites you wish to include in your campaign.
Usability Enhancements:
- The 'Confirm & continue' button has been moved higher up the page within the order summary section for faster checkout.
- A 'Show more' CTA at the bottom of the site list shortens the page by default, reducing scrolling.
Why the Change?
These updates were primarily driven by the goal to create a more intuitive and straightforward purchase experience. The new layout establishes a better hierarchy for your selections, helping you understand the campaign setup process more easily.
Local Rank Tracker Report Run Time
Local Rank Tracker reports may now take a little longer to run during busier periods. If you've turned on email alerts, we'll let you know as soon as your report is ready.
This change is due to recent updates from Google. To keep giving you the most accurate ranking data, our system now makes five smaller requests instead of one big one.
It takes a touch more time, but the results are worth the wait. If anything feels off or you hit a snag, our support team is here and happy to help.
Why the Delay?
This change is a direct result of recent updates from Google. To ensure we continue to provide you with the most accurate ranking data, our system now makes five smaller, separate requests instead of one large one. This slight increase in run time is necessary to maintain the quality and reliability of your results.
If you encounter any issues or have questions, our support team is ready to help!
