New Feature: One-Star Review Removal Service

We are excited to announce a new enhancement within the Reputation Manager tool, designed to help you proactively manage your online presence and protect your business's rating.

What's New?

We have partnered with Repspert to launch a new feature that empowers you to contest and remove certain one-star reviews from Google.

This service is now accessible directly within your Reputation Manager dashboard.

How it Works

1. When managing your reviews in the Reputation Manager tool, you will now see an option to 'Request removal.'

   

2. Clicking this option links you to the Repspert partnership flow, which allows you to submit eligible one-star Google reviews for consideration for removal.

   

3. To keep you informed of the process, we have updated the review status options. When a review is submitted via the Repspert flow, its status will be updated to 'Pending Removal'.
