What is the New Platform?

We are gradually moving to a new platform, found at app.brightlocal.com. It's designed to be clearer and faster to work from, and it's where new features will live.

The new platform and our legacy platform work side by side. Everything you're used to is still available in our legacy platform, and nothing you can currently do has been taken away. As more tools are updated, they'll move across to the new platform too.

You'll use the same BrightLocal login for both, and your data is shared between them, so a report you run or a change you make in one will show up in the other.

What can I do in the new platform?

The following features in the new platform:

• Add Location
• Location Summary
• Local AI Visibility
• Local Search Grid

If you're on the new platform and click something that isn't available there yet, a new tab will open to the legacy platform. You can navigate freely between the two, so you don't lose your place.
