Why are some reviews missing from my Reputation Manager report?

If you have found reviews not showing in Reputation Manager (RM), it may be that the business data on your listing differs from the data you provided for the Location.

We recommend double-checking this first, then amending (if needed) in 'Location Manager'.

Remember to select 'Save' at the bottom of this page if you make any changes.

Please contact us to explain the situation if this doesn't seem to be the case. You will need to send us both the report link and the link to the review that was not picked up, so we can investigate further.
