Why are some reviews missing from my Reputation Manager report?

If you have discovered some reviews that are not showing, it could be that the business data on your listing is different from the data you supplied when setting up your report. We recommend double-checking this first, then amending (if needed).

Please contact us to explain the situation if this doesn't seem to be the case. You will need to send us both the report link, and the link to the review that was not picked up, so we can investigate further.
