Do you offer one-on-one onboarding or training for new users?

We do not generally offer personal one-on-one training calls for every user, but we do offer a range of excellent self-serve resources.

All users have access to our free BrightLocal Academy, which contains short courses that teach you how to how to do local SEO and how to get the most out of BrightLocal. 

We also host regular webinars that you can join; these cover how to use tools and best practices, and you can ask questions during the sessions.
