Launch: Active Sync Plus 

Active Sync helps you keep your listings up to date and looking great everywhere that matters. If you have a Manage or Grow plan, Active Sync Essentials is included to help you manage your business info across Google, Apple, Facebook, and Bing.

Now, for even more reach, you can upgrade to Active Sync Plus to manage Yelp as well. Active Sync Plus is available for US and Canadian businesses or agencies with clients in those countries.

Why the change?

This update is designed to provide you with a more powerful listing distribution tool by integrating Yelp. 

Important Update: Google Search Pagination Change

You may have recently seen sudden changes in your search console dashboard or rank tracker reports. This is due to an industry-wide change where Google has removed the ability to view 100 search results per page by removing the &num=100 parameter.

Any tool that reports data above the top 10 results will have been affected. To get 100 results, rank trackers now need to make 10 requests instead of 1, significantly increasing data costs and slowing down report times.

Our solution is designed to continue providing our customers with the top 50 results.

Most customers on old and new plans will be unaffected by any changes. You don’t need to take any action to continue receiving the same service you’ve always had.

A small proportion of customers on old and custom plans may be affected due to significant cost increases for fetching data.

We have been in touch with those affected individually. Tracking for these accounts will be changed to the top 20 results automatically. If you still want the top 50 to be available, contact our team to discuss pricing options. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager or contact customer support.

Streamlined Add Location Wizard

We've made another simplification to the "Add Location" process, getting you to your reports even faster.

We've removed the question "Is this location a service area business?" because this data is now fetched directly from Google when you search for your business.

Why the change?

This update further streamlines your workflow by reducing unnecessary steps. You only need to search for your business, and the platform takes care of the rest, making the setup process quicker and easier.

Bing Listing Creation is Now Available

You can now automatically create new listings on Bing directly through the platform when an existing listing isn't found.

When you click 'Connect' on the Bing Listing Lookup modal and no existing listing is found, a 'Create Bing listing' button will activate.

Clicking the button automatically creates the connection. After you run Bing Sync, a request is sent to create the listing on Bing.

This is the first phase of Bing listing creation. Keep your eyes peeled for future updates.
