Upgrade plan
To access Active Sync for your locations, you will first need to upgrade to a Manage or Grow plan.
1. Click' Billing Details' in your account dropdown menu. Please note that only account owners can access 'Billing Details'. Standard users cannot.
2. Click the 'Upgrade / Downgrade' button.
3. Select either a Manage or Grow plan, confirm the number of Locations you manage, and choose whether you want to pay monthly or yearly. Then click 'Subscribe Now' within that option. Next, you'll be asked to confirm your order, which you can do by clicking 'Continue'.
Once you have upgraded to either a Manage or Grow plan, your active locations will already have access to Active Sync Essential.
Upgrade to Active Sync Plus
Please note: Active Sync Plus is only available for locations in the US and Canada.
To upgrade an active location to Active Sync Plus:
1. Log in to your BrightLocal account and go to the 'Locations Overview' dashboard.
2. Find the Location that you want to purchase Active Sync for and click the 'View' button.
3. Click on 'Location Manager' followed by 'Core Information' in the dropdown.
4. On this page, you will see Get Active Sync Plus. Click 'Buy Now'.
5. Then confirm your purchase by clicking 'Pay Now'. You'll be asked to pay using the same payment method previously used on your BrightLocal account.
Once your payment has gone through, navigate back to the Core Information page and you'll see that the Location is now set up with Active Sync.
To upgrade another location to Active Sync Plus, please repeat the above steps for each location.
