You can add Citation Builder Express when setting up a new Citation Builder campaign.

Step 1: Set up your Citation Builder campaign
Start by creating a new Citation Builder campaign.
In step 2 of the setup process, you will:
- Choose how many manual citation submissions you want.
- Pick the directories you’d like to submit to.
Step 2: Choose standard or express submissions
Once you’ve selected your directories, you’ll see two options:
- Standard submissions: Manual citations are submitted within 7 days at no extra cost.
- Express submissions: Manual citations are submitted within 48 hours with a 20% upgrade fee applied to the cost of manual submissions.
If you select the Express, the total price will automatically update — shown clearly for both card payment and credits.
Step 3: Accept terms and complete payment
To finish your order:
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Choose your payment method: Card or Citation Builder credits.
- Confirm your payment.

Step 4: Complete your business information
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be taken to the business details page.
The 48-hour Express submission window begins once all required business information is completed.
If business details are not completed promptly, submission may be delayed.
