How do I purchase Citation Builder Express?

You can add Citation Builder Express when setting up a new Citation Builder (CB) campaign.

Step 1: Set up your Citation Builder campaign

Start by creating a new Citation Builder campaign.

In step 2 of the setup process, you will:

• Choose how many manual citation submissions you want.
• Pick the directories you’d like to submit to.

Step 2: Choose standard or express submissions

Once you’ve selected your directories, you’ll see two options:

• Standard submissions: Manual citations are submitted within 7 days at no extra cost.
• Express submissions: Manual citations are submitted within 24 hours, with a 20% upgrade fee applied to the cost of manual submissions.

If you select Express, the total price will automatically update and be clearly shown in your order summary for both card payments and credits.

Step 3: Accept terms and complete payment

To finish your order:

1. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
2. Choose your payment method: Card or Citation Builder credits.
3. Confirm your payment.

Step 4: Complete your business information

Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be taken to the business details page.

The 24-hour Express submission window begins once all required business information is completed.

If business details are not completed promptly, submission may be delayed.
