CB Express: Now Delivered in 24 Hours

We’ve supercharged our Citation Builder (CB) Express service to help you get listed faster than ever.

What is CB Express?

Launched earlier this year, CB Express is an optional upgrade in the Citation Builder purchase flow. It ensures that the manual submissions in your campaign are handled with priority.

What’s new?

• Faster Turnaround: We’ve officially cut our delivery guarantee from 48 hours down to just 24 hours.

• Why the change? Our team has been averaging a delivery time of 8.5 hours. We felt it was time to pass that confidence and speed onto you.

Pricing

CB Express remains available at a cost of 20% of the value of the manual submissions in your campaign.

AI Insights: Now for Free Trialists & Improved Notifications

As of this month, all Free Trial users have access to AI Insights.

• How it works: Once you add a location and set up your reports, the platform will automatically analyze your data to tell you exactly how your location is performing and what to do next.

• The Goal: We’re removing the guesswork so you can take action immediately rather than feeling overwhelmed by data.

New notifications

We noticed that while many insights were being generated, not all were being seen. To fix this, we’ve launched new in-platform notifications:

1. Tab Alerts: Your BrightLocal browser tab will now show a notification count when insights are ready.

2. In-App Pop-ups: A prompt will appear within the dashboard to take you directly to your new insights.

3. Status Tracking: You can now see the real-time status of your insights (e.g., UPDATING or SET UP) so you know exactly when to expect your results.

Headless GBP Connection via Public API

You can now manage Google Business Profile (GBP) connections entirely through our Public API, bypassing the BrightLocal UI.

What you can do now:

• Connect GBP accounts via API.

• Retrieve available GBP accounts and locations.

• Link GBP locations to BrightLocal locations.

What’s Next for API?

We are currently working on bringing Active Sync to the API. Soon, you will be able to enable/disable Active Sync and accept or reject profile alerts programmatically.
