AI Insights are auto-generated summary highlights produced by BrightLocal Brain when it analyzes your data for a single location. In essence, these insights answer the question: “What are the key things happening in my local SEO right now?”
These insights are contextual and dynamic, giving you a plain-language summary of your data’s biggest talking points. They cover trends, wins, and areas needing attention in your local SEO and marketing performance. Instead of you hunting through various reports for changes, the AI points them out for you.
AI Recommendations
AI recommendations are actionable next steps based on the insights. If Insights tell you what happened, Recommendations suggest what to do about it; transforming data-driven observations into practical advice.
AI Recommendations can cover various areas such as on-page optimizations, review management tasks, citation cleanup, or competitive strategy, depending on what the AI identifies; they serve as a prioritized to-do list generated specifically for your situation.
What data does AI Insights use?
AI Insights pulls from the most recent reports you've run for that location, including:
Local Search Grid.
Citation Tracker.
Reputation Manager (Grow plan only).
Important: For better insights, make sure your other reports are up to date. If your Local Search Grid report is 3 months old, the insights will be based on that older data.
