If you're an AgencyAnalytics user and would like to view some of your BrightLocal report data inside your account, you can do this by linking your two accounts.
Link accounts using your BrightLocal API Key
The process of linking your accounts is easy using your BrightLocal API Key.
Please contact our Support team to get your API key.
Which customer account types have API Access?
Not all customer account types have an API Key in their BrightLocal account.
Track, Manage or Grow Plan:
If you have subscribed to the Track, Manage, or Grow plan, then you do have access to the API as part of your plan.
Adding your API Key and API Secret to AgencyAnalytics
Once you've received your API Key, you need to copy and paste this key into your AgencyAnalytics account.
You can see full details of how and where to do this in the AgencyAnalytics Help Center.
Which BrightLocal Report data can I see in AgencyAnalytics?
You can pull in and see your all data for the following report types in AgencyAnalytics:
- Citation Tracker
- Citation Builder
- Reputation Manager
Citation Tracker
All data relating to your Key Citations, Live Citations and Pending Citations is viewable, but you won't see data relating to Competitor Citations.
Citation Builder
You can view all your Citation Builder campaign data for each campaign you've created in BrightLocal.
At present, you are unable to do either of the following from within AgencyAnalytics:
- Buy additional citations
- Buy additional Citation Builder campaigns
Reputation Manager
Here, all of your existing review data — across all the review sites that BrightLocal monitors for each of your Reputation Manager reports, can be viewed.
You are currently not able to do either of the following:
- Reply to reviews via AgencyAnalytics
- Set up or view the results of Get Reviews campaigns
Trial API Key vs Live API Key
For the purposes of connecting to AgencyAnalytics and seeing your report data in that platform, you can do this with both a Trial API key or a Live API key.
Despite trial API keys having a limit of 1,000 free API requests, this does not apply to the specific API endpoints that are used to import your report data into AgencyAnalytics.
