It is easy to upload Locations in bulk through BrightLocal, saving you time to focus on monitoring and reporting.
1. Go to the 'Locations' tab within the 'All Locations' section.
2. Click on the green 'Add Location(s)' button — shown below within the red box.
3. Choose the option to add two or more Locations.
4. Next, specify whether the Locations you're adding have a physical address, do not have one, or are a mix of both.
5. If you choose 'No' or 'Mixed' you'll need to click the next button in the bottom right corner to proceed.
If you select 'Yes,' you'll need to locate the Google Business Profiles for the Locations you want to add. You can either connect to them directly or, if you don't have Admin rights, upload the details via a CSV file. Please select your preferred method from the options that appear and click 'Next'.
If you choose to connect directly with the Google Business Profiles, follow these instructions from step 5 onwards.
6. Next, create a CSV file with the details of the Locations you want to add. This page provides instructions for uploading a CSV for clients or Locations. You can download a template to fill in by clicking the 'Location Upload' link.
Scroll down to find the instructions table for Locations which will guide you through the correct data for each field in the template.
7. Once you have completed the template, simply select the ‘Upload Locations’ button to complete your import.
