Can I archive a report run in a Local Search Grid report? (New Platform)

Yes, though this is currently managed from our legacy platform.

Archiving a run removes it from your report’s timeline without deleting the underlying data, so you can always bring it back later.

In your Local Search Grid report, select the Settings drop-down, then ‘Report history’ to open our legacy platform in a new tab, where you can archive or unarchive individual runs.
 

A page will open showing all of the reports run so far. 

Click the drop-down next to the 'View Report' button for the report run that you want to archive and select 'Archive Report'.

A button will appear next to the report run labelled 'unarchive,' indicating that the report has been successfully archived. 

Once a run is archived, it’s removed from the timeline you see in both platforms, since the underlying report data is shared between them. To bring it back, return to the same report history screen and unarchive it.
