Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up and use Auto-Replies.
How to Setup Auto-Replies
1. To get started with Auto-Replies, head to 'Review Inbox' in Reputation Manager.
2. Click the 'Auto-Replies' tab, followed by the 'Create Auto-Reply' button.
3. On the Set Rules page, enter the key settings for your template.
- Give your Auto-Reply a name.
- Choose the Clients or Locations where you want to receive your Auto-Reply.
- Choose the types of reviews that you want your Auto-Reply to be sent to, either with no text, with text, or all reviews.
- Select how quickly you want the response to be sent: within 1 hour, within 8 hours, within 24 hours, or within 48 hours.
- Select the platforms and review ratings where you'd like your Auto-Reply to be applied. Currently, this feature is only available for Google, but we plan to expand support to other platforms, such as Facebook, soon.
When you're ready, hit 'Next' in the bottom right-hand corner.
4. From there, either:
- Select an existing 'Review Replies Template' from your list, or
- Create a new template by clicking the 'Create Template' button and following these instructions.
5. When you're ready, click 'Next' in the bottom right-hand corner to create your Auto-Reply.
How to View Responses
To view any responses that you get to your Auto-Replies, click the 'View Responses' button in the Actions column.
How to Switch Off Auto-Replies
To switch off an Auto-Reply at any time, click the toggle in the 'Status' column from on to off.
