How do I purchase more Manual Report Runs?

When logged into BrightLocal, you can view your 'All Locations' page to see the current number of manual report runs you have available.

Should you need to purchase additional manual report runs, please select the option ‘buy runs.’

This will then give you the option to purchase additional runs in the form of either ‘recurring purchase’, or ‘one-off purchase’.

Recurring Purchase

These runs increase the size of the Manual Reports Runs that come included in your plan as standard. Your Manual Report Runs are topped up each month. Any unused runs do not carry over to the next month.

The number of runs included for the recurring purchase option and the costs are as follows:

One-off Purchase

One-off Manual Report Runs do not expire. They are only used when your monthly allowance is up.
