How do I access features in BrightLocal Labs?

BrightLocal Labs is an invite-only preview program; access to Labs features isn’t automatically available in your account. If BrightLocal Labs features are not enabled, you’ll need to contact BrightLocal support and request access. Access is only available on Manage & Grow and certain Custom Plans.

If you have been granted BrightLocal Labs access, you will see new tools and features flagged as "Beta" on your left navigation menu.

Once a new tool or feature is released from BrightLocal Labs, all users can access it as long as it is available on your plan.
