Can I download reports and data as PDFs, CSVs or XLSX?

The table below indicates which BrightLocal tools/reports have the ability to be shared via an external URL, or downloaded as a pdf, CSV or XLSX.

You can download a CSV or PDF for any of the following reports via your BrightLocal account:

• Location Summary
• Local Search Audit
• Local Search Grid
• Citation Tracker
• Citation Builder
• Google Business Profile Audit
• Local Rank Tracker

First, find the report that you would like to download and click the 'Actions' button in the top right corner. Then select 'Download PDF' or Download CSV'.

Please note: You currently cannot download a report via the external URL. This is a feature that we hope to make available in the future. 

Local Rank Tracker Roll Up Report

To download an XLSX of Local Rank Tracker Roll Up Report access the report you want to download and click the 'Actions' button. Then select 'Download Summary'.

Agency Lead Generator Leads

To download a CSV file of Agency Lead Generator leads, first, go to the Agency Lead Generator page.

Scroll down the page and select the 'CSV' button.

Reputation Manager: Monitor Reviews, Get Reviews, Review Inbox

To download a CSV file for Reputation Manager's Monitor Reviews, first, find the report you want to download in Reputation Manager. In the Monitor Reviews tab click 'Reviews' and then 'CSV'.

To download a CSV for Reputation Manager's Get Reviews, first, find the report you want to download in Reputation Manager. Click the 'Get Reviews' tab and then 'View'.

On the next screen, click the 'CSV' button to download the data.

To download a CSV of Reputation Manager's Review Inbox, select 'Review Inbox' from the Reputation Manager dropdown menu.

Then click the 'CSV' button to download the data.
