This is more than one way to find your reports, depending on if you are looking to view:
- All reports connected to a Location, or
- All certain types of reports for multiple Locations
View all reports for one Location
Once in the Location, you'll see the sidebar menu (shown above in the red box). You can switch to every report for this Location, including Citation Builder campaigns and Reputation Manager.
View all Citation Tracker reports
To view all of your Citation Tracker reports, you need to select the ‘Local SEO Tools’ dropdown and click ‘Citation Tracker’.
You’ll then see a list of all your reports in a table with the:
- Report name
- Location
- Schedule
- Last run date
- Number of many active and potential citations
You can filter these columns by using the arrows above each list.
To delete, re-run, duplicate or edit individual reports, you can click the dropdown arrow in the green ‘View Report’ button.
At the top, you’ll see the options to:
- Read FAQs
- Watch videos
- Set up white label profiles
- See how many credits you have remaining
You can download the report settings here and bulk-import the reports too — this is downloaded / uploaded in CSV format.
Finally, there is a tab called ‘Roll-up Reports’, which collates the data from each report (this is similar across the other reports).

Screenshots are stored for 45 days, enabling you to look back on last week or last month to see how the SERP make-up has changed.
