Client Access allows your clients to see, and respond to, their latest reviews through the white-labeled version of their location’s dashboard. They can also run more review generation campaigns themselves.
Your clients log in to a white-labeled version of their location’s dashboard, which lets them explore all of the following:
- See their latest (third-party) reviews
- Easily reply to Facebook and Google reviews
- View customer feedback on previous review generation campaigns
- Run more review generation campaigns themselves

Client Access lets your clients log in to a white-labeled version of a location dashboard.
Once logged in, clients will be able to
- See their latest (third-party) reviews
- Easily reply to Facebook and Google reviews
- View customer feedback from previous review generation campaigns
- Run more review generation campaigns themselves
To enable Client Access, head to 'White-label Settings'.
Make sure you have Reputation Manager reports available on the external Location Dashboard (see the red box below).
Enable Client Access for Reputation Manager by entering an easy-to-remember, yet secure, password and clicking the green ‘Update Settings’ button.
Client Access is enabled, so you can now share the external report URL and password with your client.
