How do I enable Client Access?

Client Access lets your clients log in into a white-labelled version of a location dashboard. Once logged in, clients will be able to 

  • See their latest (third-party) reviews,
  • Easily reply to Facebook and Google reviews
  • View customer feedback from previous review generation campaigns
  • Run more review generation campaigns themselves

To enable Client Access, head over to your dashboard settings.


Make sure you have Reputation Manager reports available on external location dashboard.


Enable Client Access for Reputation Manager by entering an easy to remember yet secure password and hitting ‘Update Settings’.


Client Access is now enabled. Simply share the external report URL and password with your client.
