- Clicks, Calls, Interactions: We monitor the impact our work has on generating more leads for your business through Google Maps and Maps pack results. We focus on driving up the visibility of your Google Business Profile so that we increase leads for your business.
- Click-through Rate (CTR): The percentage of users who click on your site after seeing it in search results. A higher CTR indicates that your meta titles and descriptions are compelling and relevant.
- Bounce Rate: The percentage of visitors who leave your site after viewing only one page. A high bounce rate can signal issues with content relevance or site usability.
- Backlink Profile: The quantity and quality of backlinks pointing to your site. A strong backlink profile is essential for building authority and improving search rankings.
Frequency of Updates and Reports
You’ll receive updates on your campaign’s progress through monthly reports. Your report will consist of an analysis of your results, a summary of work completed, and a list of items being worked on in the coming month.

Each report includes:

- Clicks, Calls, Interactions: Using GBP Insights we show you the changes in how many customers are finding you and going on to click, call, and interact with you through you Google Business Profile.
- Website Traffic Analysis: Insights into organic traffic trends, user behavior, and traffic sources. This section helps identify which channels drive the most visitors and how they interact with your site.
- Recommendations and Next Steps: Actionable insights and recommendations based on the data outlining the next steps to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
