Can I generate reviews using a QR code?

Reputation Manager does not currently generate QR codes for review requests. However, you can easily create your own using the link mode URL from your review generation campaign.

To create a QR code for review requests:

1. Go to Reputation Manager
   Navigate to your Reputation Manager report and select the Review Generation tab.
   
   
    
2. Open your Link Mode campaign
   Locate your Link Mode campaign and click 'view'.

3. Copy the Link Mode URL
   Find the Link Mode URL and click 'copy'.
   
   
    
4. Generate a QR code
   Use an online QR code generator to create your code. These tools are usually free and simple to use.
   
   We recommend the Adobe Express QR Code Generator tool.
    
5. Paste your URL
   Paste the link mode URL into the generator, confirm it links to the correct page, and download your QR code.

Once complete, your QR code will direct users straight to your review generation page.
