Where can I send SMS Campaigns?

You can send feedback requests via SMS Mode if you’re sending to mobile numbers from the following three countries:

• The UK 
• The US 
• Canada 

In Australia, tightly enforced anti-spam regulations that cover all commercial electronic messaging for marketing and promotional purposes mean that SMS Mode is currently unavailable.

Due to these laws, it is not possible for us to reasonably obtain or support local Australian numbers from which to send campaigns, or to receive opt-out responses from users. 

We are, however, exploring avenues to make this feature available for our Australian users so that we're able to offer SMS Mode to all four countries supported in Reputation Manager.

Please be aware that all requests sent via Get Reviews' SMS Mode will be sent from Toll Free numbers, rather than local numbers. This is to ensure that messages reach the intended recipients safely and with no blocking from mobile carriers.
